    Production Facility

  

   Our  manufacturing plant is equipped with high precision Die manufacturing center, high energy drop hammers, heat treatment facilities, physical and mechanical, destructive and non destructive testing and finishing facilities,  which ensures that  International quality requirements are met. Our Unit is self contained and equipped with

  •   2 & 1 ton friction drop hammers

  • Trimming presses 

  • Heat treatment furnaces Oil fired for normalizing, annealing, hardening, tempering, etc with quenching facilities. 

  • In house tool room equipped with  milling machines, spark erosion machine (EDM), heavy duty lathe, etc, for the manufacture of forging dies to meet our requirements.    

  • Heavy shearing machines to shear up to 100 mm square steel bars and cold saws, power hacksaw machines to part steel bars.
